our little family

This past weekend was a great weekend. It was relaxing, we spent a lot of time together as a family, and we got to listen to General Conference. It is always such an uplifting time, and I love the Fall, the weather has been cool, rainy, and now it is cool and sunny. I love it. While we were all home with no place to go and no work to be done, we decided it was a good day to snap a few pictures. So, we set the timer on the camera and did our best.

I almost get tears in my eyes when I see this picture. I love these boys so much, and they are so handsome. My very own perfect little boys. They are like sweet little oreo cookies. :)

But my "Golden" oreo wouldn't be complete without their Daddy. He makes the picture even more perfect. I don't mind being the only female in the house when I get to share it with these boys. They are the loves of my life and I wouldn't know what to do without them.

And a little rest on mom's shoulder. I'm pretty sure there is no other feeling in the world greater than loving and being loved in return. Especially by this little guy. Sometimes I'm a little shocked and I think in my head "He DOES love me and he DOES know I'm his mama!!" It's always a great moment.
PS - I know I've posted about a hundred times about Eli's perfect lips..... but seriously, look at them. They are so pretty.... in a very handsome, masculine way..... they are perfect heart shape, perfect color, and perfectly plump. I just love them.
