snug as a bug in a rug

Eli has always liked being in a ball when he sleeps. He used to like to be swaddled. But then he learned to roll over. Once he knew how to roll over, he has slept on his stomach ever since. He curls up, either with his arms under his head, or under his belly. Then he usually has his feet tucked under him and his bum up in the air like a stink bug. I love to see what position he is in when he is sleeping, it's pretty cute.

Yesterday, we had to wake him up to go to the Pumpkin patch. When I walked in, I had to grab my camera because all I could see was his cute little bum and his crossed feet. I love it!

You might be wondering why he doesn't have any pants on. Well, because he had jeans on and they were a little bit wet from lunch. Plus, I always try to make his as comfy as possible. Who likes to crawl into bed in their jeans? I don't. So, I was trying to make him cool and comfy while he napped. And he napped for a long time, so he must have been really cozy. I'm glad I did, because look at those cute legs and feet. It's awesome.
