The boys were so excited to find their eggs and Easter basket! We went to Logan for the weekend and Grandma Martha always make them feel special. We had a great time. We hunted for eggs, several times! We also rolled our eggs down Old Main Hill (the boys LOVED IT!! - so did the adults!), we played and played with cousins, saw both families, ate lots of yummy food, and had some intriguing and hilarious conversations. Family is the best!
Eli's eggs were little basketballs and he thought that was great, especially when he figured out all the candy inside. Then he would find an egg, eat the candy, then find another.
Eli was so interested in his treats that he didn't want to pause for a picture!
My cute little boys. Such cute smiles! They were super excited with the little treasures in their "basket." Eli has loved blowing bubbles, that was by far his favorite part of Easter! The Mortensen cousins before their Egg hunt in Grandma and Grandpa's yard. It was a beautiful day, sunny, but very chilly! Cute little Lila is behind Will and we couldn't see her!
The HUNT is on!
Our little bubble blower. Blowing bubbles all day!
Easter is a beautiful holiday, for many reasons. It is always a great time of year, and I love having a holiday dedicated to remember our Savior's sacrifice for each one of us!
